1. Return & Replacement Policy
✔ Live Products (Chicks & Ducklings): Due to the nature of live poultry, we do not accept returns on chicks or ducklings. However, if you receive unhealthy or damaged stock, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.
✔ Poultry Feeds & Medicines: Returns are not accepted for poultry feed and medicines to ensure product quality and safety.
✔ Poultry Equipment: Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged equipment. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
2. Refund Eligibility
✔ Refunds are processed only for eligible products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
✔ To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
✔ Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind or incorrect order placement
- Damage due to mishandling after delivery
- Products that have been used or altered
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

4. Refund Process
✔ Refund Approval: Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
✔ Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or credit/debit card).
✔ Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you return an item, you may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
5. Order Cancellations
✔ Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
✔ Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.
